Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team supporting a travel‑booking platform. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing cases, and providing first‑level assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place customer service calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Assist homeowners and travelers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and deposit claims.
• Escalate complex complaints while maintaining high‑quality service.
• Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions, keeping accurate records.
• Analyze call data and share feedback to improve processes.
• Stay updated on platform changes and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a travel or technical support environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling under pressure.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills.

• Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
