About the role
TransUnion is looking for a Major Account Executive to drive revenue growth with large strategic clients in Botswana. You will connect existing and new client accounts to TransUnion’s solutions, delivering measurable business value and building trusted C‑suite relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from existing and new opportunities.
- Achieve revenue quotas by hunting for new accounts, acquiring clients, and expanding solutions within enterprise‑size customers.
- Conduct business value analyses (e.g., ROI) and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Facilitate ideation and white‑boarding sessions to identify share‑shift opportunities.
- Maintain a three‑year strategic view of the client base and co‑create transformational ideas.
- Manage pipeline forecasts (30‑day, 60‑90‑120 day) and update all customer records in Salesforce CRM.
- Engage with C‑suite stakeholders, understand client financials, and position TransUnion as a strategic partner.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and webinars.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling to enterprise or large‑size clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets.
- Strong understanding of competitor landscapes and market penetration strategies.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
- Ability to develop long‑term strategic plans and present business value analyses.
