SEO/SEM Specialist – Drive Organic & Paid Search Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. You will shape our keyword strategy, optimise on‑page elements and manage PPC campaigns to boost visibility and maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct continuous keyword research, expand and optimise content to increase organic traffic.
• Optimise meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, monitoring cost‑per‑acquisition and ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, analyse and report on GA4, PPC and SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Analyse competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup power to ensure uninterrupted work.
