As a Technical Leader within the Merchant & Partner Lifecycle (M&PL) team, you will play a pivotal role in our architectural transformation, driving the consolidation of merchant lifecycle orchestration into a seamless, high-performance domain.

Main Missions

• Lead the design and construction of a new, mission-critical lifecycle orchestrator service essential to multiple interconnected systems.
• Architect and scale infrastructure to support hundreds of thousands of global merchants, ensuring high availability and system isolation.
• Modernize legacy codebases and implement technical strategies to address complex architectural requirements.
• Drive long-term technical vision and coordinate large-scale projects across multiple engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering standards, tools, and processes across the entire organization.
• Leverage cutting-edge automated development tools, such as Claude Code, to optimize engineering workflows.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Backend Engineer in a high-scale environment.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and architectural transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence technical roadmaps.
• Exceptional mentorship skills with a passion for developing engineering talent.
• Ability to navigate complex technical challenges and simplify system dependencies.
