Account Manager – Mining Equipment Solutions

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing strategically important customers in the mining and infrastructure sectors. You will develop, maintain and grow key accounts by aligning Sandvik’s product and service portfolio with customers’ strategic needs, with up to 50% travel to customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a detailed Account Business Plan for each key account, defining growth targets and value‑creation initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated engagement across all levels.
• Communicate the value of Sandvik’s equipment, tools, services and maintenance programs to relevant customer decision‑makers.
• Measure account performance against plan expectations and take decisive actions to adjust strategy as needed.
• Support Sandvik’s EHS vision by promoting safety and sustainability in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Mining Engineering; formal qualification in business, mining or engineering.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong track record in business development and sales with measurable growth results.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
