About the role
The company is seeking a full‑time Design Draughts/Draftsperson to create technical drawings and plans for automotive and heavy‑machinery vehicle parts. The role is based on‑site in Francistown and works closely with the design team to ensure high‑quality vehicle construction.
Key responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawings and plans for vehicle components using CAD software.
- Collaborate with other designers and engineers to verify that drawings meet quality and safety standards.
Required profile
- Associate degree or technical certificate in mechanical drafting, engineering design, or a related field.
- ERB registration and experience in the automotive or heavy‑machinery industry.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modelling software, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong mathematical and technical abilities to interpret and create specifications.
