Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Workistry is expanding its global recruiter network and needs a proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead recruiting operations in Botswana. You will be the public face of the platform, building relationships with hiring managers, recruiters and top employers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and onboard recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies.
• Design and execute a growth strategy for the Botswana recruiter community.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meet‑ups and professional conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in Botswana, either agency or in‑house.
• Strong existing network of HR professionals, hiring managers or recruiters in Botswana.
• Proven record of successful placements across any industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Effective use of LinkedIn for sourcing and networking.
• Familiarity with other digital networking applications.
