New Business & Growth Manager

About the role

Badisa Communications is looking for a commercially driven New Business & Growth Manager to build a predictable pipeline and help achieve BWP 1 million in monthly sales. Reporting to the General Manager, you will market the agency, own the CRM, generate and qualify leads, and convert opportunities into long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an always‑on growth and lead‑generation marketing plan.
• Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth and keep an accurate, qualified sales pipeline.
• Build target‑account lists, prospect daily and secure qualified corporate meetings.
• Lead briefs, proposals, tenders, pitch preparation, negotiation and follow‑up.
• Create cross‑sell, upsell, retainer and partnership opportunities.
• Forecast revenue and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Digital, Client Service, Production and Finance to win profitable business.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, agency growth, B2B sales or integrated marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Proven record of winning corporate accounts, retainers, tenders or complex service mandates.
• Commercially numerate, disciplined, persuasive, resilient and accountable.

• Strong CRM management and pipeline forecasting.
• Proposal writing, pitching and negotiation capabilities.
