About the role

The Human Resources Manager at Job Connect will lead the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to off‑boarding, ensuring a high‑performance, inclusive workplace in our Gaborone office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding processes.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies in line with local labour laws.
• Provide workforce planning support to managers and handle employee‑relations matters.
• Manage benefits, compensation and maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Design and coordinate training, development and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR manager or senior HR generalist, preferably in technology, recruitment or service‑oriented environments.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and labour‑law compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems and data analysis.
