Sales Supervisor

About the role

Join Pepkor Lifestyle as a Sales Supervisor within the HiFi Corp brand and lead a dynamic retail team. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing stock, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast‑moving store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing losses.
• Manage the service department and ensure high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
• Maintain safety, security and housekeeping standards.
• Promote customer‑centric practices across the store.
• Handle cash flow, financial transactions and profitability monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and risk‑management policies.
• Guide the team through change initiatives and operational transitions.

Required profile

• Grade 12 Matric qualification.
• Minimum three years of proven retail management experience.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Sound judgment, decisiveness and resilience.
• Ability to develop talent and foster a diverse, inclusive culture.
• Awareness of market trends and competitor activity.
