About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our team and help grow our customer base. The role focuses on selling products, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through proactive customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Achieve assigned sales budgets and income targets.
• Attract and retain customers by maintaining attractive merchandising displays.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales activities.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions.

Required profile

• Grade 12‑7 education (or equivalent) with at least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong teamwork orientation and self‑motivation.
• Customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow business policies and procedures.
• Emotional maturity, resilience and confidence to take initiative.
