Salesperson – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our retail team. You will be responsible for selling products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building lasting relationships with shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to generate revenue.
• Achieve assigned sales budgets and targets.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Provide customer‑centric service and address inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong teamwork, self‑motivation and drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and initiative.
• Emotional maturity, resilience and confidence.
