Salesperson – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our retail team. The successful candidate will sell products, build lasting customer relationships, and help the organisation achieve its growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to generate revenue.
• Achieve assigned sales budgets and income targets.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Provide customer‑centric service at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong teamwork, self‑motivation, and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and initiative skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow business policies and procedures.
• Basic retail knowledge and extensive product knowledge across categories.
• Emotional maturity, personal resilience, and high energy.
