School Nurse – Full‑time Position

About the role

Enko Botho International School is seeking a qualified, full‑time School Nurse to lead its health services program. The role bridges the school community, families, and health‑care providers to promote student wellbeing and academic success.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the school health services program and deliver direct nursing care.
• Provide health education to students, staff and parents, encouraging active participation in personal health.
• Support the social and emotional climate by addressing whole‑child health needs.
• Identify and mitigate health and safety concerns within the school environment.
• Offer health counselling, assess mental‑health needs, intervene when necessary and refer to appropriate services.
• Engage families with school staff and community health resources.
• Promote employee wellness through health education and counselling for staff.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years professional nursing experience.
• Commitment to child safeguarding and ability to obtain police clearance.
• Willingness to undergo reference checks.
