Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Space Knowledge & Communications Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on knowledge management, editorial production, communication visibility, digital platforms and dissemination of policy and technical content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage knowledge resources and editorial production for the partnership.
• Develop and implement communication and visibility strategies.
• Create and maintain digital knowledge platforms.
• Produce policy and technical content, case studies and EU‑compliant visibility material.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to promote partnership objectives.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Experience in the space or STI sector is a plus.
