Store Manager – Airport Junction

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead the Totalsports store at Airport Junction, Botswana. The role is responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses and ensuring the store meets its performance targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover and achieve sales targets.
• Control expenses and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Recruit, develop and manage store staff, handling performance management and employee relations.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive engagement and hold people accountable for performance.
• Action‑oriented with a strong customer focus and ability to plan and organise work.
