负责矿山设备的日常维护、检修及管理，制定保养计划，协调采购安装，提升设备运行效率。

主要职责

负责矿山设备的日常维护、检修及管理，确保设备正常运行。
制定并执行设备保养计划，降低故障率，提高设备使用效率。
协调设备采购、安装及调试工作，确保项目进度与质量。
对设备运行数据进行分析，提出优化建议，提升生产效益。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，机械工程、矿山机械等相关专业优先。
10年以上大型矿山设备管理与维护经验。
精通露天/地下矿山主要采矿设备（电铲、矿卡、钻机等）。
熟悉设备采购、备件管理与成本控制。
工作认真负责，流利英语，具有国际项目经验者优先。
