矿山总工负责矿山生产技术管理，制定并优化开采方案，确保安全高效运行。
主要职责
- 负责矿山生产技术管理，制定并优化开采方案。
- 指导矿山施工与安全生产，确保工程进度与质量。
- 参与矿山资源勘探、储量计算及开发规划。
- 协调各职能部门，推动矿山高效、安全运行。
任职要求
- 熟练掌握英语。
- 具有中级以上职称，5年以上金属矿山技术管理经验。
- 具备常见矿业专业软件实操能力，熟悉Datamine或Deswik者优先。
