About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a fast‑paced retail environment. The role focuses on overseeing all operational areas, driving profitability, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets.
• Oversee administration, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Control stock levels, inventory accuracy, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain store presentation, safety, and security protocols.
• Promote customer centricity and high‑quality service.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to foster a positive work culture.
• Coordinate with the service department and ensure effective teamwork.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 3‑5 years of management experience in retail.
• Retail Management or Business Diploma is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen, judgment, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven people‑management and planning capabilities.
• Integrity, resilience, and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
