About the role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a fast‑paced retail environment. The role focuses on overseeing all operational areas, driving profitability, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets.
- Oversee administration, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Control stock levels, inventory accuracy, and merchandising standards.
- Maintain store presentation, safety, and security protocols.
- Promote customer centricity and high‑quality service.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to foster a positive work culture.
- Coordinate with the service department and ensure effective teamwork.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- 3‑5 years of management experience in retail.
- Retail Management or Business Diploma is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen, judgment, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven people‑management and planning capabilities.
- Integrity, resilience, and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
