Cleaner – Multiple Positions in Gaborone

About the role

G4S Botswana is seeking cleaners for eight positions in Gaborone. The role involves general cleaning of assigned sites, maintaining hygiene standards, and performing additional duties as directed by supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• General cleaning of sites as allocated by supervisors.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas and washing floors, walls, tiles, mirrors, and toilets.
• Spot cleaning of spillages.
• Sweeping all uncarpeted floors daily and emptying bins.
• Dusting desks, seats, ledges, skirting boards and other dust‑prone areas.
• Periodic cleaning of high‑rise buildings.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum Junior Certificate (JC) qualification.
• No criminal record.
• Integrity and self‑discipline.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good administrative and writing abilities.
• Fluent in English and Setswana.
