Country Ambassador – Botswana (Commission-Based)

About the role

Goimmi is looking for a motivated Country Ambassador based in Botswana to promote its immigration planning platform. Working remotely, you will act as the local face of the brand, identifying and referring individuals interested in immigrating to Canada. The position is commission‑based, allowing you to earn based on successful client referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Goimmi’s services within your personal and professional networks.
• Identify and engage prospects who are exploring immigration opportunities to Canada.
• Generate qualified referrals and introduce them to Goimmi’s platform.
• Educate prospects about the platform’s value proposition and process.
• Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.
• Build relationships with local organisations, educational institutions and community groups.
• Provide market feedback and insights to help improve Goimmi’s regional offering.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Established local network and capacity to create new connections.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Professional proficiency in English and/or the local language.
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, recruitment, consulting, immigration services, education or community outreach is an asset.
