Country Representative – Botswana (HVAC) – Commission Based

About the role

We are seeking a well‑connected business development professional to act as our Country Representative for the HVAC sector in Botswana. The role is 100 % commission‑based and focuses on identifying and securing distribution partners for a leading U.S. HVAC manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach qualified HVAC distributors, importers and business partners in Botswana.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers in the HVAC, construction and engineering sectors.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings between prospective partners and the international team.
• Conduct basic market research and provide insights on the local HVAC market.
• Support discussions that may lead to long‑term distribution agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or partnership development.
• Existing network within Botswana’s HVAC, construction, engineering or building services sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and coordinate meetings with senior decision‑makers.
