About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our retail team. The successful candidate will sell products, build lasting customer relationships, and help the organization achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to generate revenue and meet budget targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through a customer‑centric approach.
• Execute cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong teamwork, self‑motivation, and drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and resilience.
