Finance Accountant

About the role

The Finance Accountant will report directly to the Country Lead Financial Controller and play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of financial processes. This position focuses on strengthening internal controls, delivering accurate financial reports, and supporting timely month‑end and quarter‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal control effectiveness across the finance function.
• Analyze financial data to generate insights that support decision‑making.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Support compliance, audit performance, and risk identification/mitigation.
• Manage cost control initiatives and drive process efficiency.
• Collaborate with inter‑departmental teams to enhance financial processes.

Required profile

• Experience in internal control, financial reporting, and audit support.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data.
• Proven track record of improving process efficiency and cost management.
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments.
