About the role

Join Pepkor Lifestyle’s Ok Furniture brand as a Front and Back Office Supervisor. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver exceptional service to customers across both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement customer retention strategies and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, control stock levels, and minimise losses to meet sales demand.
• Uphold company policies, industry regulations and risk‑management practices.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and performance‑driven environment.
• Oversee cash flow, financial transactions and profitability metrics.
• Drive change initiatives and adapt processes in a fast‑moving retail setting.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Minimum three years of proven experience in retail management.
• Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent administrative skills and sound judgment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to identify, develop and empower top performers.
