Hub Expert – Driver Support & Training

About the role

Yango Group is seeking a Hub Expert in Gaborone to support and train partner drivers, ensuring high service quality and smooth daily operations. You will work directly with new and existing drivers, helping them navigate the Yango Pro app and local procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person registration, document verification, and activation for new drivers and fleet owners.
• Deliver individual and group training on the Yango Pro app, safety standards, bonus programs, and compliance requirements.
• Provide first‑line technical and operational support, resolving app issues, payment questions, and account changes.
• Monitor driver performance, offer tailored guidance, and handle complex inquiries such as payment discrepancies and incident reports.
• Maintain a welcoming hub environment and gather feedback on operational challenges and market conditions.
• Prepare regular reports for the City Operations Manager and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in a support or related role.
• Fluency in English and clear, articulate communication.
• Confident computer skills and access to a computer or laptop with headphones.
• Ability to engage effectively in conversation with drivers and partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
• Experience using mobile driver‑partner platforms (e.g., Yango Pro app).
