Intern (Unpaid/Hybrid) – Marketing, Content & Design

About the role

Be the creative voice and visual identity of GR8R Than Fitness online. You will create inspiring content that grows the community, showcases trainers, and promotes the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow GR8R’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels and campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• Design graphics, banners and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Respond to community inquiries and foster engagement across platforms.
• Track and report on content performance and analytics.
• Support marketing campaigns for events, trainer onboarding and platform launches.

Required profile

• Strong writing, storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Basic graphic design skills – Canva proficiency is sufficient.
• Creative eye with an understanding of brand consistency.
• Ability to attend virtual check‑ins at least twice weekly.
• Passion for fitness, wellness or community‑building is a plus.
