Internship Development Programme – Two-Year Rotational

About the role

The Internship Development Programme is a two‑year rotational program for new graduates to develop professional skills and business acumen while contributing to MMG‑Khoemacau. Interns will rotate through multiple functional areas, gaining critical insights into the company’s operational model and helping shape its future. Participation in the programme does not guarantee a permanent position within the company.

Required profile

• Procurement Intern – Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics, or Business Administration; must have graduated between 2023 and 2025; must be registered with the relevant local professional regulatory bodies.
• Document Control Intern – Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or Records Management; must have graduated between 2023 and 2025; must be registered with the relevant local professional regulatory bodies.
