Mass Market Representative – Botswana

About the role

A leading consumer healthcare company is looking for a results‑driven Mass Market Representative to boost product visibility and availability across retail pharmacy channels in Botswana. The role focuses on field execution, collaboration with distributors, and delivering market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Visit channel‑specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability in collaboration with distributor teams.
• Deploy company Point‑of‑Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned outlets.
• Oversee and support the execution of company activations within the designated channel.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, stock levels, and market activities.
• Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field; degree is an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the pharmacy FMCG environment, with proven retail pharmacy experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Resident of Botswana and legally authorised to work there.
