Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer

About the role

MYTH IT SOLUTIONS is seeking a full‑time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer to join its on‑site team in Gaborone. You will design, customize, and extend D365 F&O solutions that support complex finance, supply‑chain, and operations processes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse functional requirements together with consultants.
• Develop, test and deploy customizations, extensions and integrations for D365 F&O.
• Build and maintain data entities, OData services and REST APIs to connect D365 F&O with external systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimise performance and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
• Document technical designs, participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development, including X++ customization and configuration.
• Solid understanding of finance, supply‑chain or operations business processes.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O are a plus.
