Professional Dancer (Hybrid – Gaborone)

About the role

LEBANNA HERITAGE is seeking full‑time dancers for a hybrid position based in Gaborone. The role combines on‑site rehearsals and performances with remote planning and choreography work.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily rehearsals and perform in live shows and recorded productions.
• Collaborate with choreographers and instructors to refine technique, stage presence, and artistic concepts.
• Support the creation and execution of new dance pieces, adapting to various styles.
• Maintain peak physical condition, attend workshops, and uphold professional standards during community and outreach events.

Required profile

• Strong performance skills in dance and ballet, with ability to learn diverse styles.
• Experience in choreography or dance instruction is advantageous.
• Good understanding of music rhythm, timing, and expression.
• Excellent physical fitness, stamina, flexibility, and commitment to regular practice.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration with diverse performers and creative staff.
