Remote CMS Developer (Contract/Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CMS Developer to design, build, and maintain custom content management system applications such as WordPress, Drupal, or Craft CMS. The position is fully remote and operates on a contract/full‑time basis, requiring daily collaboration with UI/UX designers, content creators, and back‑end developers to deliver secure, responsive web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and scale customized CMS applications, including custom themes, modules, and plugins.
• Implement responsive designs, ensure cross‑browser compatibility, and conduct performance tuning.
• Set up custom post types and custom fields to provide an intuitive editing experience for non‑technical users.
• Maintain site security, data protection, user authentication, regular backups, and software updates.
• Apply technical SEO best practices and integrate third‑party APIs, CRM systems, and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content stakeholders to meet brand guidelines and project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain clean code and technical documentation for future reference.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of software development experience with a strong focus on CMS technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills with attention to design accuracy.
