Salesperson

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated, target‑driven Salesperson who puts customer service first and can persuade and influence shoppers. The role focuses on generating income and maximising profit through excellent service and effective sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets and budgets.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising and a customer‑centric approach.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Maintain accurate administration and documentation related to sales.

Required profile

• Grade 12 equivalent numeracy and literacy.
• 7–12 months retail experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork, self‑motivation and drive.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and interpersonal communication.
• Attention to detail and initiative.

Required skills

• SAP
