About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our team. The role focuses on selling products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to generate revenue and meet targets.
• Achieve assigned sales budgets and income goals.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies.
• Interact with customers in a customer‑centric manner, identifying needs and recommending suitable products.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education with at least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong teamwork, self‑motivation, and drive.
• Customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and ability to follow business policies and procedures.
• Basic retail knowledge and extensive product knowledge across categories.
• Emotional maturity, personal resilience, and confidence to take action.
