Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will be based on‑site in Francistown and will own the day‑to‑day management of key customer accounts. The role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth through strong relationship building, pricing negotiations and seamless order coordination from placement to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with assigned accounts, handling inquiries and resolving service issues.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to maximise profitability while meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinate order processing with operations, finance and logistics to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Forecast sales, track performance metrics and prepare regular account reports.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand account revenue.
• Mentor junior account staff and contribute to sales planning and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or client relationship roles, preferably within distribution or logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Francistown, manage multiple priorities and respond to time‑sensitive requests.
• Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
