About the role
Join Pepkor Lifestyle’s HiFi Corp brand as a Service Center Administrator, where you will be the front‑line contact for customers and help drive store performance. You will combine customer service excellence with sales focus, ensuring product knowledge and store presentation are always up to date.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the service centre.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and promote relevant products.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to advise customers accurately.
- Support merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Contribute to safety and security procedures within the centre.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and manage own workload.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in a retail environment.
