Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will craft, film, edit, and publish engaging content across all platforms while driving audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Produce high‑quality videos and photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts for maximum engagement.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community interaction.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling ability.
• Reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
