Stock Clerk (Fixed-term)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Stock Clerk on a fixed‑term basis to support our fast‑paced retail environment. You will be responsible for handling merchandise flow in the stockroom while maintaining high accuracy and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Physically receive and dispatch stock items.
• Maintain housekeeping and security standards in the stockroom.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, customer‑centric manner.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and manage tasks independently.

Required profile

• Grade 12 education.
• 1‑2 years experience as a stock clerk.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Familiarity with company policies, merchandising and receiving/dispatch processes.
• Integrity, deadline orientation and a team‑player mindset.
