About the role
FNB Botswana is seeking driven and ambitious graduates to join its 2027 Young Talent Development Programme (YTDP) x5. This structured graduate development programme aims to build future‑ready talent through practical experience, exposure, learning and development across key areas of the bank.
Key responsibilities
- Gain practical experience and exposure across multiple banking functions.
- Contribute to shaping the future of financial services through innovation and technology.
Required profile
- Be a citizen of Botswana.
- Hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Not currently participating in, or have previously participated in, another graduate development programme.
- Demonstrate strong learning agility, problem‑solving ability, collaboration and a willingness to embrace change.
- Have an interest in building a career within banking and financial services.
