About the role

The Head of Brand Marketing will lead the overall brand vision, positioning, and communication strategy for Creative – CV Group of Recruiters. Based in Gaborone, this full‑time, on‑site role is responsible for shaping how the brand is perceived across digital, print, and experiential channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to strengthen brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to direct creative development and manage marketing calendars.
• Oversee budget allocation and track the performance of brand initiatives.
• Mentor and develop marketing team members.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and influence.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in brand marketing with a track record of leading impactful campaigns.
• Strong background in brand strategy, positioning, and management.
• Experience driving brand awareness and broader marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder‑alignment skills.
• Ability to interpret data and insights to inform brand decisions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Experience in professional services, recruitment, or career development is beneficial.
