Primary & Secondary School Teachers – International Curriculum

About the role

Enko Education is seeking qualified Primary and Secondary School Teachers to join its Gaborone campus. The school delivers the Cambridge curriculum from Early Years through Primary, and combines Cambridge IGCSE with the IB Diploma for secondary students. Teachers will support the whole‑child development of learners across a range of subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess lessons in line with Cambridge and IB standards.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of each student.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies and promote a safe learning environment.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE) with a minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
• Experience teaching in an international school setting, preferably with Cambridge and/or IB programmes.
• Fluency in English and ability to teach subjects listed below.
• Commitment to child safeguarding, including willingness to provide police clearance for the past 10 years.

Required skills

• ICT – proficiency with educational technology and digital learning platforms.
