Relationship Manager – Premium Gaming

About the role

The Premium Relationship Manager will own the end‑to‑end experience for Betway’s most valuable customers, leveraging the company’s global partnerships to deliver a world‑class, mobile‑first gaming journey. You will act as the single point of contact for high‑value clients, ensuring compliance, retention and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Complete identification and profiling tasks for loyal customers, improving compliance pass rates.
• Deliver a seamless, mobile‑led experience throughout compliance processes.
• Utilise Betway’s global partnerships to organise and attend hospitality events worldwide.
• Use data to automate customer journeys and enhance mobile‑first gaming experiences.
• Manage a sustainable cohort of account‑managed customers, focusing on retention and player value.
• Report on performance metrics, aiming to increase long‑term player value and retention rates.
• Provide a trusted, central point of contact for all high‑value customer interactions.
• Ensure a strong return on investment for both on‑site and off‑site hosting activities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Proven experience working in cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals.
