Sales Account Manager – ICT Solutions

About the role

ProComm Digital is seeking a part‑time Sales Account Manager (ICT) to work on‑site in Gaborone. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure that our managed security, communications, network and cloud solutions meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert new leads into sales opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, deliver product and service presentations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and tailor ICT solutions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve service issues together with support teams, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ProComm’s service catalogue.
• Track sales performance, keep accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to forecasts and sales planning.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management experience with a focus on long‑term customer relationships.
• Proven ability to generate leads, prospect new business and close sales in the ICT sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex solutions clearly.
• Ability to work on‑site in Gaborone and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in IT, Business, Sales or a related field; vendor certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• ICT managed services knowledge (security, unified communications, networking, cloud).
• Experience with CRM tools for tracking opportunities and customer data.
• Understanding of vendor technologies used in managed security, communications and cloud platforms.
