Store Manager – Retail (45 hrs)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Totalsports outlet at BR Mall in Botswana. The role is 45 hours per week and focuses on driving sales, managing expenses and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control expenses and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Lead people management activities including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
