Unpaid Bookkeeping & Finance Internship

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support the financial engine of GR8R Than Fitness. Working directly with our Head of Finance, you will help maintain accurate records, track expenses, and prepare reports that inform our growth decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, expense tracking, and transaction logs.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports.
• Reconcile accounts and flag discrepancies for review.
• Support invoicing, payment tracking, and vendor record management.
• Help prepare financial reporting for investors and grant applications.
• Organise digital filing of financial documents.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to attend virtual check‑ins at least twice weekly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Wave.
