Bulk Cashier (X4) – Gaborone

About the role

The Bulk Cashier (X4) will be responsible for handling large volumes of cash transactions at G4S in Gaborone. This role ensures accurate processing of deposits, cash balancing, and adherence to security procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify deposits received from customers.
• Operate automated cash handling machinery as required.
• Balance daily cash (inter‑teller) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Issue cash change according to customer requests.
• Perform additional duties directed by the supervisor.
• Follow established procedures to maintain cash security.

Required profile

• Minimum Certificate in Accounting and Business Studies.
• Previous experience in cash handling or banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Assertive yet flexible with a strong customer‑service ethic.
• Honest, reliable, and capable of taking initiative.
