Business Development Associate

About the role

We are recruiting entry‑level Business Development Associates for our international finance division. Associates will receive world‑class training and will work directly with high‑net‑worth clients alongside senior consultants, gaining hands‑on experience in wealth management, investment banking, retail banking and fintech applications. Our training programme combines formal industry qualifications, mentorship from senior colleagues and external experts, and leadership development to help each associate reach their full potential.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
• Ability to present information clearly and professionally on a regular basis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
