Digital Skills Trainer – AI, Cybersecurity or Marketing

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Gaborone involves delivering industry-relevant training, creating and curating course content, and leading hands-on workshops in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity or digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for individuals and corporate clients.
• Develop, adapt, or curate curriculum and learning materials aligned with emerging digital trends.
• Mentor learners through real-world projects and support certification processes.
• Collaborate with team members to keep programs cutting-edge and culturally relevant for the African market.
• Assist in designing and delivering customized corporate training under the FutureTech Connect program.

Required profile

• Expertise in at least one of the following: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or digital marketing.
• Strong background in content development, facilitation and training delivery.
• Proven ability to mentor learners and guide hands-on projects.
• Experience solving real-world business or technical challenges.
• Degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, education or related fields.
• Passion for empowering communities and driving digital innovation in Africa.
