About the role

Our client in Botswana is seeking four Shotcrete & Pastefill Foremen to supervise underground shotcrete and pastefill crews at a mine site. The position starts in November 2026 and involves overseeing ground support operations in a challenging underground environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise underground shotcrete and pastefill operations, ensuring effective application of ground support systems.
• Coordinate crew activities, maintain safety and quality standards, and support efficient mine production.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising underground shotcrete and pastefill crews.
• Strong understanding of backfill plant processes and shotcrete‑bolt ground support systems.
• Proven crew leadership and workforce management experience.
• Willingness to work underground shifts.
