Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. The SDR will focus on top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify prospects using predefined methodologies to assess needs, budget and buying readiness.
• Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
• Provide continuous market feedback on prospect objections, trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Degree certificate in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales or customer acquisition.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and uninterrupted power backup.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
